Meet your therapist

Laurel has almost 20 years of experience in working with pediatrics as both a National Board Certified Special Education Teacher and ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist. She specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as well as Natural Language Acquisition for Gestalt Language Processors. Using a variety of child-led and family centered approaches within her therapy sessions, Laurel has a passion for helping children to find their voice.

With previous experience in public schools, early intervention, and pediatric clinics, Laurel is licensed in both South and North Carolina.
